About The Position

The Marker supports the Rough Mill department at Wellborn Cabinet, Inc., helping prepare wood for manufacturing. The role involves assessing and marking salvageable wood, stacking and feeding pieces for cutting, and entering wood dimensions into the chop saw computer. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The work is performed primarily in a dusty manufacturing environment, with frequent exposure to extreme indoor environmental conditions and summer heat. The employee may need to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Physical duties include frequent hand use, reaching, bending, lifting, standing, walking, climbing or balancing, and stooping, kneeling, or crouching; lifting up to 20 pounds is frequently required.

Requirements
