About The Position

Intel is transforming under its IDM 2.0 strategy, aiming to build a foundry for both internal and external customers. Intel Foundry's Supply Chain Enablement (SCE) Team seeks an experienced Mark, Pack, and Label (MPL) Analyst. The responsibilities of the MPL Analyst are as follows: Supporting our factories and warehouses with their Mark, Pack and Labeling requirements. Focus will be on activities including on-call support, data management, and quality. Designs business process flows in collaboration with the stakeholders, participating in areas such as, but not limited to documentation of business process diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories. Participates in end-to-end business process testing, and validation of complex implementations. Take part in training, business process change management, and reporting and analytics. Works directly with subject matter experts, vendors and partner organizations to deliver project milestones including requirements gathering, business process mapping, testing, documentation and training within complex technology and business solution programs. Uses Requirements Definition and learnings to represent and recommend on behalf of the subject matter expert within the area of project focus.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, information systems, or relevant field.
5+ years of experience working in the supply chain, business information systems, Program Management, IT, and Logistics fields.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Build and foster relationships with business partners and collaboration through influencing and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail, exceptional analytics skills, and willingness to go depth in understanding supply chain processes and tools.
Willingness to work in a diverse and dynamic team, cross-functional with interpersonal, people, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate on the best solutions and strategize actions to solve problems and be a positive influence on the team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow (and drive others to follow) specifications and procedures.
Work independently and have a high tolerance for ambiguity.
