About The Position

Telum Protection Corporation is seeking a Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF) curriculum subject-matter expert to support Maritime Expeditionary Security Group ONE (MESG ONE) N7 in developing, maintaining, and delivering standardized, NETC-compliant training. The ideal candidate is a former MESF/MSRON patrol boat operator or instructor with deep tactical small-boat credibility and a track record building or refining Navy courses of instruction.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and an active SECRET clearance.
  • Minimum 8 years of operational, training, and readiness experience with a warfare qualification (expeditionary communities preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of Navy expeditionary operational, training, and readiness experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of recent (within the past 5 years) practical NETC experience in content planning and authoring instructional material.
  • Minimum 3 years of recent (within the past 5 years) MESF experience, as a uniformed service member or government contractor.

Nice To Haves

  • Master Training Specialist (MTS) designation.
  • Demonstrated fluency using civilian and/or governmental Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support curriculum and analytical work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and maintain MESG ONE Courses of Instruction (COIs), Unit Level Training, and supporting materials, with emphasis on Patrol Boat Operations (Basic and Intermediate), Embarked Security Combat Skills, Expeditionary Security, Close Quarters Tactics, and Tactical Operations Center curricula.
  • Conduct analysis of MESF directives, Navy Tactical Reference Publications (NTRPs), service warfighting publications, and joint doctrine to inform curriculum content.
  • Ensure COIs align with NETC guidance (NAVEDTRA M-142), OPNAVINST 1500.75 (series), NECCINST 1500.13 (series), MESF qualification standards, and Navy Tactical Tasks.
  • Author and plan instructional material in coordination with the Course Curriculum Model Manager (CCMM).
