About The Position

The Boat House of Whitewater Service Department is looking for an experienced Marine Technician to join their team. This role involves conducting routine maintenance and repair services on marine engines, propulsion systems, and related components. The technician will also diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various marine vessels, and perform installations, upgrades, and modifications. Collaboration with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, along with maintaining accurate service records, is also a key part of the role. The company offers a competitive package with the potential for certified technicians to earn $60-80K.

Requirements

Previous Marine Engines & Boat Repair Experience in a marine dealership environment.
Proven experience as a Marine Technician with expertise in marine engine systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
Strong knowledge of various marine vessels, including boats, yachts, and other watercraft.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in diverse environments.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel to different locations for on-site services.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
