Requirements

  • Proven A-level sales ability and customer service excellence
  • High personal accountability and strong work ethic
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and coachable

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LightSpeed / LightSpeed EVO is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of marine products or luxury recreational equipment
  • Prior sales experience—especially in luxury, automotive, or recreation—is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide a refined, customer-centric sales experience from first contact to delivery
  • Utilize the full dealership sales process to build rapport, uncover needs, and close sales
  • Maintain a welcoming, premium showroom environment
  • Follow all dealership policies, standards, and best practices
  • Conduct timely follow-up with all prospects and sold clients
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across all brands (including competitors)
  • Ensure showroom and inventory presentation meets high aesthetic standards
  • Participate in boat shows and select company events
  • Maintain a professional appearance and comply with dealership dress code
  • Attend all sales meetings and support team goals
  • Understand that customer flow may require flexibility on closing times
