What You’ll Do Sell new and pre-owned boats and marine products Guide customers through the full buying process Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business Deliver a high-end, professional customer experience Maintain strong product knowledge of boats and competitors Keep showroom and inventory clean and presentation-ready Work boat shows, events, and peak season traffic Follow up with customers before and after the sale This role requires flexibility—during peak season, customer demand may extend beyond scheduled hours.
