Requirements
- Proven success in commission-based sales (automotive, RV, powersports, marine, or similar)
- Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
Nice To Haves
- Passion for boating or outdoor recreation preferred
- Experience with CRM or dealership systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Sell new and pre-owned boats and marine products
- Guide customers through the full buying process
- Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
- Deliver a high-end, professional customer experience
- Maintain strong product knowledge of boats and competitors
- Keep showroom and inventory clean and presentation-ready
- Work boat shows, events, and peak season traffic
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale
