Requirements

  • Proven success in commission-based sales (marine, automotive, RV, powersports, or similar)
  • Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Passion for boating or outdoor recreation
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Experience with CRM or dealership systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Sell new and used boats, outboard motors, and marine accessories
  • Guide customers through the full sales process from first contact to delivery
  • Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
  • Deliver a high-end, professional buying experience
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of boats and competing brands
  • Follow a structured dealership sales process
  • Maintain a clean, organized showroom and inventory
  • Work boat shows, events, and promotional activities
  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale
