Requirements

Preferred experience in prepping and painting boats or automotive surfaces
Knowledge of mixing epoxies and polyurethanes
Proficiency in detailed masking
Proficiency in hand sanding
Proficiency in operating orbital sanders
Understanding of sandblasting processes to maintain a uniform blast profile
Knowledge of how to ventilate enclosed spaces for epoxy applications safely
Understanding and compliance with respirator usage and cartridge requirements
Strong time management skills

Nice To Haves

Basic understanding of nautical vessel terminology
