Our Engine Department needs to expand its team with the addition of one or more Inside Sales Associates.

Requirements

Some knowledge of and/or experience with similar business operations, i.e. sales of engines, generators, water jets, etc, and computer invoicing.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience in a mechanical role
Knowledge of and experience with marine engines and boat systems, in general, is not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

Talking with customers about the exciting world of Boats!
Helping call-in & walk-in customers with their engine requests, as well as taking telephone and email orders from customers.
Provide support to the Outside Sales Team
Placing special orders for customers through the Purchasing Department for items not in stock.
Printing customer invoices, collecting payment, tracking quotes and orders
Assisting occasionally with the Parts Department.
Working and attending various marine trade shows.
Maintain Quality performance by following organizational standards.
Contribute to Team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Conduct himself or herself in alignment with the Company's Core Values of Integrity, Trust, Honesty, Teamwork, Accountability, and Quality
