Leidos is seeking a Marine Fleet Coordinator to join the Antarctic Support Contract (ASC) team. This role requires deployment to Antarctica for 6 months, starting in Fall of 2026. The Marine Fleet Coordinator is the most senior professional mariner on Station and advises Station Management on all aspects of Marine Operations. Duties include overseeing and assisting in the operation and maintenance of a fleet of fifteen active small boats, plus reserve vessels, and overseeing and executing all maritime training and safety for Station residents. The candidate must complete required physical and dental examinations for Antarctica deployment and obtain a Public Trust security clearance prior to the start date. US Citizenship is required due to contract requirements. The Antarctic Support Contract (ASC) is the prime contractor to the National Science Foundation (NSF) for the United States Antarctic Program (USAP), providing science and logistics support across three research stations and several deep field sites.
