As our Electronic Technician, you’ll contribute to the maintenance of electrical systems aboard a variety of boats. Requirements

Experience working with marine electrical systems, specifically Garmin technology.
Strong understanding of DC and AC wiring, diagnostic software, and troubleshooting methods.
Ability to work from drawings, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

Utilize diagnostic equipment to test and repair electrical systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Troubleshoot and repair navigation, communication, and sonar systems, including GPS, radar, VHF radios, and depth sounders.
Test systems using ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize system failures and ensure vessel reliability.
Maintain a detailed record of services.
Adhere to manufacturing safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
