River Valley Marine is hiring a Seasonal Marine Detailer to support our busy fall freeze protection and winterization season on Lake Minnetonka. We are looking for hardworking, reliable team members who enjoy hands-on work around premium boats, pontoons, surf boats, wake boats, fishing boats, and luxury marine equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in boating, marine, detailing, marina operations, trailer handling, outdoor work, or the marine and powersports industry. Requirements

- Ability to operate trucks, trailers, equipment, or willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities
- Detail customer and dealership boats before winter storage
- Wash, wax, buff, polish, and thoroughly clean boat interiors and exteriors
- Prepare boats for freeze protection, shrink wrapping, storage, and transport
- Move, stage, and organize boats throughout dealership and marina property
- Assist with trailer handling and boat transport
- Operate detailing tools, cleaning equipment, and shop equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized work and storage areas
- Support dealership operations during the busy fall boating season
- Work around pontoons, surf boats, wake boats, fishing boats, and premium marine equipment
