Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in marine canvas, upholstery, or a highly relevant skilled trade (such as carpentry, metal fabrication, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Commitment to reliability
- Take personal pride in the quality of your work
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience operating industrial sewing machines is highly preferred
- Previous marine-specific experience is strongly preferred for the top pay tier
