About The Position

Performs accurate, timely and organized administration for operations within the marina. Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and supplies. Supports the Marina department with administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Performing administrative functions for the marina as directed by the Marina Manager.
  • Assisting Marina with AR collections, calling customers, and sending monthly statements.
  • Creating PO’s, processing store payables, checking for PO’s and proper approvals prior to submitting to Shared Services.
  • Monitoring and reconciling petty cash and cash balances in tills, submitting reconciliations to S/S, and submitting check requests to replenish as needed.
  • Maintaining all company credit cards and tracking usage, reconciling statements and submitting to S/S.
  • Assisting Marina Manager with matching PO’s/receiving/packing slips to invoices.
  • Applying cash receipts and ACH funding in the system.
  • Generating reports and correspondence as required, maintaining filing.
  • Distributing all communications to team members as required (ECHO board).
  • Assisting Marina Manager in all Marketing efforts.
  • Invoicing, collecting and applying payments for all occupied slips.
  • Maintaining financial and inventory records of fuel dock activities.
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience for all visitors to the marina facility.
  • Partnering with other departments to produce special events and promotions at the marina.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding marina operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
