Marina Manager
About The Position
Oversees personnel and daily operations of the dock, including wet slips, dry storage, maintenance and fuel dock. Responsible for marketing, promoting, and leasing annual water and dry storage slips. Resolves customer issues and builds a loyal customer base for the marina. Manages and ensures safe and profitable operations of the marina, including invoicing, collecting, and applying payments. Directs and schedules staff for maintenance of building facilities, docks, customer areas, and grounds. Determines when maintenance issues require licensed contractors and is responsible for scheduling and planning their work. Communicates customer satisfaction standards to all personnel and provides an exceptional customer experience for all visitors. Maintains and enforces marina rules for safety and compliance, responding to all rule violations. Partners with other departments for special events and promotions. Oversees and takes a proactive approach to severe weather to protect docks, vessels, equipment, team members, and customers. Reports boat damage to the store and service manager and contacts the customer immediately if applicable. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding marina operations. Implements safe, effective, and efficient work procedures and promotes full participation in the MarineMax Safety Program to ensure a safe workplace free of hazards. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Market, promote and lease annual water and dry storage slips.
- Resolve customer issues and build a loyal customer base for the marina.
- Manage and ensure safe and profitable operations of marina.
