About The Position

The Marcus Alert Clinician works as part of a mobile, co-response team in coordination with local law enforcement to address acute behavioral health symptoms and environmentally de-stabilizing events that require a multi-disciplinary response. This team provides trauma-informed assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination and clinical determination, linking to the next level of care for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis in the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with QMHP certification
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Reliable ability to transport self to required work / meeting / training sites
• Willingness and ability to participate in physical training as a necessary part of job responsibilities
• Willingness to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes
• Willingness to consent to drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work, that can lead to licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT etc.)
• Experience working in crisis related services
