About The Position

Language Trainers is seeking a freelance Marathi Teacher for an online, one-to-one general course for a beginner student in the US. The course will consist of 30 one-hour sessions, with the student's schedule being twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-10 a.m. The student is motivated to learn Marathi to communicate with relatives. The preferred start date is as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Native Marathi speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
• Have a valid work permit/visa.
• Live within 20 miles of the specified location (21074, Online (US)).
• Submit CV with references (if available).
• Provide availability.
• Provide earliest possible start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized language training to professionals and private students.
• Conduct one-to-one online Marathi lessons.
• Adapt teaching to the student's beginner level and motivation.
