About The Position

The MAPs Supervisor provides leadership and supervision to MAPs Life Skills Technology Coaches while assisting the MAPs Program Director with program operations, compliance, quality assurance, and staff development. The Supervisor will maintain a small participant caseload and provide direct services as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience supporting people with Intellectual Disabilities.
Valid Class D Tennessee Driver License.
CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
Ability to complete required MAPs, Medication Administration, Relias, and other training.
Strong communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and objective in challenging situations.
Intermediate computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, train, mentor, and support MAPs Life Skills Technology Coaches.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, staff meetings, field observations, and performance coaching.
Monitor staff documentation, service delivery, timelines, trackers, and program compliance.
Review participant records, case notes, assessments, and milestone documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Provide guidance regarding participant needs, staffing concerns, corrective actions, and service quality.
Respond to staff call-outs and assist with coverage for vacations, vacancies, and other staffing needs.
Attend required participant, program, and state MAPs meetings and communicate relevant information to staff.
Assist with interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, budgeting, billing, audits, and quality improvement.
Maintain a small caseload and perform MAPs Life Skills Technology Coach responsibilities as needed.
Complete required documentation and participant services accurately and on time.
Maintain all required certifications and training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
