About The Position

Mapping Admin creates station markers for new project nodes on a blueprint of the geographical area. They create a spreadsheet to match the information on the map and modify station markers as needed due to rock submissions and route changes. As production is completed, they update the map accordingly and verify that the footage invoiced is accurate. They also print maps by segment for our crews and ensure that As-Builts are ready for the customer once the job is fully completed.

Requirements

• 1 year prior experience
• Experience using Excel
• Experience using Bluebeam Revu
• Experience using ArcGIS

Responsibilities

• Create station markers for new project nodes on a geographical blueprint.
• Create a spreadsheet to match map information.
• Modify station markers due to rock submissions and route changes.
• Update the map as production is completed.
• Verify that the footage invoiced is accurate.
• Print maps by segment for crews.
• Ensure As-Builts are ready for the customer upon job completion.
