About The Position

Under the general supervision of the legal and finance department, the role of the MAP Administrator will be to support diverse compliance activities throughout the organization including the administration of the contract management system and the administration of minimum advertised pricing/unilateral customer pricing policies and other customer-facing policy administration and communication. This work involves investigation activities to determine online reseller identities and track online advertised pricing for compliance with Broan’s pricing policies and procedures. Additionally, the role includes involvement in administration of global legal functions. The role requires the preparation and administration of compliance related databases, providing reports as required and maintaining files and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of various department records, databases and files
  • Administer a Minimum Advertising Pricing (MAP)/unilateral pricing policy and send notices to customers that violate the MAP policy through daily communications and reporting
  • Investigation of online reseller identities and outreach for pricing policy compliance.
  • Administer the contract management policy and manage the contract management system, including performing basic training and support to users and maintenance and auditing of data and creation of reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Support of administrative matters including billing, reporting, record retention, etc.
  • Maintenance of various department records, databases and files
  • Perform other duties as assigned
