About The Position

Located in Adirondack Park, the Ticonderoga Mill employs over 600 people and produces a variety of paper products including opaques, colors, and premium copy and printer grades. We are seeking entry-level production team members who have the abilities and aptitude to progress to the top job in each department. New employees begin in the Labor Pool where they meet our teams, gain training, learn the processes and orient to equipment during the first several weeks of employment. Potential to earn more within first 6 months! $26.28/hr. Starting wage, effective June 1, 2026. Opportunities to make higher rates as you train and qualify! 12 hour rotating shift schedule! Requirements

At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Employment history will be considered
Willing to meet industrial working conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces)
Willing to work any shift and a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, holidays and/or weekends
Pass pre-employment drug screening, physical and background check
