About The Position

Ace Precision is seeking motivated High School students entering their junior or senior year and participating in the Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship Program to join their team as a Manufacturing Youth Apprentice. This role offers a chance to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, develop technical skills, and contribute to creating products for the Aerospace, Power Generation, Defense, and Space industries. Ace Precision is known for its advanced capabilities and skilled staff.

Requirements

• High School student entering junior or senior year
• Participating in the Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship Program through the Department of Workforce Development

Responsibilities

• Explore different areas of manufacturing to discover where your strengths shine
• Assist skilled technicians and shadow experienced professionals, supporting them in daily operations
• Perform hands-on operations like buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, part washing, and/or part marking
• Contribute to quality control by helping to ensure products meet requirements
• Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
