About The Position

This role will be on Second Shift - Monday through Friday from 2P to Midnight. The Manufacturing Utility Operator is a flexible, hands-on role that supports production across the press, bindery, and finishing departments. This is an excellent entry point for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing.

Requirements

• Strong attendance and reliability are essential
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple production areas
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Support daily production needs across multiple departments
• Assist operators with setups, changeovers, and material staging
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
• Perform basic quality checks and assist with machine operation
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Cross-train on equipment and processes as assigned
• Communicate safety, quality, or equipment issues to leads or supervisors
