Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
3+ years’ manufacturing experience.
Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring others, whether inside or outside the workplace
Bilingual English and Spanish required
Strong attention to detail, with excellent follow-up skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of ERP/MRP, Warehouse management systems, SAP, etc.

Responsibilities

Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding classes.
Operate and maintain the Training Center to simulate real production processes and provide hands-on practice.
Deliver required Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) training in alignment with OSHA regulations and ISO standards.
Deliver quality training such as Standard work (JDS), defect detection, QCP, etc.
Train and certify new and current employees in Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV), Cranes, and Aerial Lift for licensing.
Maintain accurate training records for all courses and certifications.
Follow up with new employees during their first 30 days to ensure successful transition to their roles.
