This permanent manufacturing role is based in Anderson, SC, supporting the production line with a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The position requires following production needs and does not offer visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Able to read and write English to understand repair procedures and wiring schematics
• Ability to communicate with Team Members and Production Supervisor
• Flexible to rotate positions with other Repair Operators or other positions as needed
• Familiar with small tools for repairing
• Capable to learn how to repair cabinets and doors (Cosmetic & Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Repair refrigerators to support the production of the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations
• Troubleshoot functional defects
• On occasion, backfill for associates who must repair workmanship errors
• Understand basic A.C-D.C electricity and electrical flow, as well as gas flow (connection, dangers, LP vs. Natural, drop test procedure, etc.)
• Handle complex tasks & repair units in a timely manner while moving down the line
• Communicate with Team Members and Production Supervisor
