Requirements

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to operate a personal computer using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
Advanced PC skills, including knowledge and use of Jabil software packages.
Ability to write simple correspondence and read and understand visual aids.
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
Problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Advanced personal computer skills, including proficiency with Windows-based operating systems and Jabil software packages.
Ability to understand and interpret visual aids, graphs, instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including rates, ratios, percentages, fractions, and decimals.
Ability to work effectively within standardized processes and procedures.

Conduct established training programs focused on manufacturing and engineering processes.
Deliver effective training and monitor training outcomes to ensure established programs are achieving their intended objectives.
Conduct established training programs related to manufacturing and engineering processes.
Monitor training effectiveness using established evaluation techniques.
Apply commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the applicable field.
Present training information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
