United Stars Holdings, Inc.•Pewaukee, WI

About The Position

This entry-level position provides an opportunity to learn manufacturing fundamentals in a precision gear-making environment. The Manufacturing Trainee participates in a structured training program to develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits needed for manufacturing work. Training covers workplace safety, quality, material identification and handling, basic measurement, production support, and introductory manufacturing processes. As training progresses, employees may develop skills in machining, CNC operation, gear cutting, and other gear manufacturing processes. Candidates do not need prior manufacturing experience, but should demonstrate mechanical aptitude, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Relevant manufacturing or hands-on technical experience is also welcome. Progress is evaluated against defined training milestones. Successful completion may lead to consideration for a permanent manufacturing position, depending on demonstrated competencies, individual aptitude, available positions, and business needs; completion does not guarantee placement in a particular department or position.
