About The Position

This is an opportunity to join the Company’s training program and work across manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, and CNC programming. The role includes hands-on manufacturing, design, and continuous-improvement projects, as well as daily manufacturing support and guidance for the assigned product line. The trainee will participate in and drive improvements to the overall financial performance of their product-line area of responsibility. Travel to the Company’s Southern California facilities may be required for additional experience and training. The role is subject to ITAR and EAR compliance requirements; the incumbent must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or have refugee or asylee status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
• Great attitude and desire to learn about all aspects of a manufacturing company.
• Must meet ITAR and EAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or have refugee or asylee status.

Responsibilities

• Work across areas of the organization, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, and CNC programming.
• Participate in hands-on manufacturing, design, and continuous-improvement projects.
• Provide daily manufacturing support and guidance for the assigned product line.
• Participate in and drive improvements to the financial performance of the assigned product-line area.
• Travel to Southern California facilities for additional experience and training, as needed.
