Our Appleton, WI location has an opening for a Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker), an entry level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing. Requirements
- No manufacturing experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Standing/walking up to 8 hours
- Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work
- Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts

Responsibilities
- Learn multiple aspects of our unique manufacturing process.
- Assist in positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes.
- Perform close vision tasks for inspection of work.
