Manufacturing Trainee (Machinist)
About The Position
Propelis is expanding its Waukesha team and hiring 2nd and 3rd shift Manufacturing Trainees. This is a true entry-level role with no prior experience required. The company provides 100% fully paid, on-the-job training in a comfortable, climate-controlled facility. The role offers a starting pay of $24.00/hour total ($23.00 base + $1.00 shift differential), with a potential $1.00/hour raise after a standard competency assessment within 6 months. Requirements
- No manufacturing experience required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to Lifting up to 30 lbs, Infrequent pushing/pulling of cart, Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes, Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift, Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building household-name brands.
- Learn and perform duties as a Machinist through on-the-job training.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Be dependable and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Be flexible to work overtime as needed.
- Meet the physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 30 lbs, infrequent pushing/pulling of carts, positioning material with assistance, and standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift.
