About The Position

Propelis is expanding its Waukesha team and hiring 2nd and 3rd shift Manufacturing Trainees. This is a true entry-level role with no prior experience required. The company provides 100% fully paid, on-the-job training in a comfortable, climate-controlled facility. The role offers a starting pay of $24.00/hour total ($23.00 base + $1.00 shift differential), with a potential raise of an additional $1.00/hour after a standard competency assessment within 6 months. Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including but not limited to lifting up to 30 lbs, infrequent pushing/pulling of cart, positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes, standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift, and close vision abilities for inspection.
