Requirements

Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
Comfortable working with manufacturing equipment, tooling, or chemicals depending on assigned area
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary organization by communicating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to ensure that manufacturing needs are being met.
Ability to lift up to 10–15 lbs and perform repetitive tasks as required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills
Reliability and accountability in meeting production commitments
Desire to grow within a highly technical manufacturing organization

Responsibilities

Follow cleanroom, chemical safety, and/or machine safety protocols
Operate manufacturing equipment and process in accordance with documented procedures and safety requirements
Execute production tasks accurately to meet quality, yield, and delivery goals
Perform inspections using microscopes, gauges, or advanced metrology tools, as required
Enter production data accurately into Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or other tracking systems
Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance teams
Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, and lean manufacturing initiatives
