If you are reliable, comfortable working with your hands, and willing to learn, we will provide the training you need to succeed. Requirements

• Are reliable and show up ready to work
• Are willing to learn new skills
• Can read and use a tape measure or are willing to learn
• Are comfortable using basic hand tools
• Pay attention to details
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Work well as part of a team
• Can safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have basic computer skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, carpentry, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood window frames and sash
• Measure and prepare parts for assembly
• Use hand tools and basic manufacturing and woodworking equipment
• Inspect products for quality
• Wrap and prepare finished windows for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
