About The Position

Princeton Precision Group (PPG) is seeking dependable associates to join their manufacturing team. No previous manufacturing experience is required, as paid on-the-job training will be provided to learn the job, equipment, and processes. This role supports the manufacturing of critical hardware for defense programs, space missions, and global travel. All shifts are available.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.
• Plastic or wax injection experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow written work instructions and training.
• Load and unload parts and materials.
• Inspect parts for basic quality requirements.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Complete required production paperwork.
• Meet production and quality expectations.
• Follow all safety and company rules.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Ask questions when you are unsure how to complete a task.
