About The Position

We are looking for a 2nd shift detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support our advanced optics manufacturing team. This position requires experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on precision, accuracy, and quality. Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience manufacturing
Strong knowledge of basic manufacturing tools and machinery
Problem-solving and analytical skills
High attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional quality work
A Can-Do attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Manufacturing 2 years (Required)

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with ultra-precision diamond turning equipment a plus

Responsibilities

Experience working on a manufacturing floor
Perform visual inspection and measurement of optical components
May collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure parts meet rigorous standards
Document processes, maintain accurate production records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
