About The Position

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations. You will conduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve equipment failures in a timely manner. The role requires mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet operational needs. This position is on the 2nd shift and involves 0–10% travel.

Requirements

• An associate degree in Mechatronics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• At least 1 year of related technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality.
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• PLC troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts and components to minimize downtime and operational disruption.
• Communicate with production supervision and support staff about equipment status and capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
• Assist engineers and support staff with special projects.
• Monitor product and process trends.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and systems.
