About The Position

Our growing manufacturing client is seeking motivated Manufacturing Technicians (Level I & II) to support production operations within a regulated environment. These roles are responsible for executing manufacturing processes, maintaining compliance with strict quality standards, and supporting production efficiency across multiple shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in manufacturing, particularly within a GMP-regulated environment, with hands-on exposure to advanced equipment and cleanroom operations.

Requirements

  • Manufacturing Technician I: 0–1 year of experience in a manufacturing or GMP environment preferred
  • Manufacturing Technician II: 1–2 years of experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic understanding of FDA cGMP regulations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Basic computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accurately document processes and production activities
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 production environment, including nights, weekends, or off-shifts as needed
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in cleanroom environments with required PPE
  • Good visual and auditory acuity for monitoring equipment and processes

Responsibilities

  • Perform manufacturing tasks in assigned production areas following established procedures
  • Prepare buffers, media, and other solutions according to batch records and written instructions
  • Operate a variety of process equipment including tanks, filtration systems, autoclaves, agitators, and cleaning systems (CIP/SIP)
  • Support start-ups, changeovers, and technology transfer activities
  • Perform aseptic operations in controlled cleanroom environments
  • Operate manual, semi-automated, and fully automated filling lines
  • Follow strict contamination control and sterile processing procedures
  • Accurately complete all required documentation in accordance with GMP standards
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records
  • Ensure work areas remain audit-ready at all times
  • Comply with all applicable regulations including FDA, OSHA, and safety standards
  • Work closely with team members to complete process steps efficiently and safely
  • Communicate issues, deviations, or process concerns to supervisors
  • Adapt to changing production schedules and priorities
  • Provide input and suggestions for process improvements
  • Participate in all required training programs
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and certifications
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and manufacturing skills
