Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safely operate tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working under close supervision in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of workplace safety and continuous improvement is a plus

Responsibilities

Assemble HVAC equipment using hand and power tools such as riveters, drills, caulk guns, and bolting equipment.
Install insulation and other components per build specifications.
Perform tasks safely and efficiently according to standard work instructions and cycle times.
Maintain equipment, tools, and a clean work environment.
Follow safety protocols and contribute to proactive safety activities.
Deliver high-quality, defect-free products.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet production goals.
Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts, including 5S, RCA, and other tools.
Support strategic goals and model positive team behaviors.
Make improvements in your workspace to make your job easier.
