About The Position

This role is ideal for individuals with hands‑on technical backgrounds—such as retired HVAC technicians, electricians, computer repair technicians, electronics manufacturing specialists, aerospace or automotive technicians, or consumer electronics technicians—who enjoy mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and working with their hands in a production environment.

Nice To Haves

HVAC experience is a plus, especially for candidates familiar with refrigeration or airflow systems

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
Perform mechanical assembly using bills of material (BOMs) and work instructions
Utilize fine motor skills for precision assembly tasks
Fabricate components using hand tools and shop equipment
Apply basic AC/DC electrical concepts during assembly and testing
Solder electrical components to required standards
Use multimeter for electrical testing, continuity checks, and basic diagnostics
Use calipers and other precision measurement tools to verify component dimensions and tolerances
Follow company policies for handling spare parts, including ordering, usage, returns, inventory counts, and stock management
