About The Position

We are hiring 3rd shift Manufacturing Technicians at our Fort Madison, Iowa plant. You will operate our production equipment and will conduct equipment inspections and other troubleshooting tasks. You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality products for our consumers. Our goal is to keep improving and developing efficient processes within our production line, and our production worker will play an active role. Cleanliness is important at our facilities. You will help with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or a GED
• Pass criminal background check
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Repetitive arm and hand motions during working shift
• Standing / walking during working shift
• Lift / push / pull 40 lbs. consistently during working shift
• Overhead work during working shift
