About The Position

The Manufacturing Technician plays a key role on the production floor, performing hands-on assembly, testing, and rework with a focus on quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery. Assemble and repair products that meet or exceed quality, customer, and company goals.

Nice To Haves

Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience in a similar environment
Familiarity with hand tools, measuring devices, or electrical equipment
Basic computer skills
An Associate degree in Mechanical Technology or a related field is preferred but not required
Candidates with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment may be considered in lieu of a degree
1+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly
Soldering experience or certification
SAP or inventory system experience
Mechanical Technology Certification

Responsibilities

Assemble, repair, and rework assemblies and circuit boards efficiently with minimal supervision, producing thorough and exact output
Assemble and test mechanical components using test equipment, fixtures, engineering drawings, and Manufacturing Assembly Procedure (MAP) instructions
Perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery
Perform functional testing on products using specialized test equipment
Support all areas of the production floor as required
Perform data collection using Microsoft Office products and current data collection methods
Maintain inventory and perform transactions accurately using our inventory control system
