About The Position

Support manufacturing objectives and goals through various manufacturing techniques used in the robot filter testing/shipping process. Responsibilities include performing daily operations, inspecting own work, following all safety and environmental guidelines and producing work that demonstrates and promotes company values. Responsible for maintaining a quality work environment that follows company policies, practices, and guidelines.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Basic reading and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Ability to read and understand process procedures and inspection criteria
Experience with networked PC based computer systems (MS Office, spreadsheets, Email, and MRP systems)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and competency

Nice To Haves

Desirable working experience in manufacturing environment
Familiarity with operating automated equipment
Familiarity with precision optics manufacturing and metrology

Responsibilities

Performing daily operations in the robot filter testing/shipping process.
Inspecting own work.
Following all safety and environmental guidelines.
Producing work that demonstrates and promotes company values.
Maintaining a quality work environment that follows company policies, practices, and guidelines.
Applying basic math to product activities.
Understanding and interpreting product drawings (blueprints).
Meeting tight time schedules.
Working in an environment with open communication.
Performing tasks independently with minimal guidance from supervisor.
Following work priorities and multi-tasking when needed.
