Requirements

  • Experience in routinely monitoring production equipment.
  • Able to adjust equipment setting parameters based on specifications to optimize equipment performance.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, repairing and test production equipment.
  • Experience in assemble, test, and maintain fixtures, modules, and replacement parts.
  • Experience in assisting and conducting equipment IQs, minor PMs, and calibrations.
  • Proficiency in updating equipment records in RAM or other CMMS asset management systems and/or other record keeping system.
  • Manufacturing operator or past equipment maintenance experience.
  • Experience with MS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • High School diploma/certificate or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Set-up, troubleshooting and monitoring of equipment in Production, Pilot Plant, and Test Lab.
  • Supporting basic equipment qualification, maintenance and calibration activities with record keeping.
  • Following GMP guidelines.
  • Participate in the daily set up and shut down of production equipment, such as plasma stations, ISOP Stat lines, etc.
  • Assisting in equipment/parts ordering, receiving, and locating them to the designated area.
  • Assisting and conducting training on operating equipment.
  • Assisting and conducting equipment safety evaluation and audit.
