About The Position

We are hiring 3rd shift Manufacturing Technicians at our Fort Madison, Iowa plant. You will report to a Production Team Leader and join a team of 400 and growing. This role is for 3rd shift. Hourly Rate: $21.32 per hour with shift differentials of $0.45 for 2nd and $1.00 for 3rd. Grow to $24.46 per hour upon successful completion of Level 1 requirements in 12 months or less; grow to $27.10 per hour upon successful completion of Level 2 requirements in 30 months or less.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or a GED
• Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Required to perform the following actions during working shift: Repetitive arm and hand motions, Standing / walking, Lift / push / pull 40 lbs. consistently, Overhead work

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment
• Conduct equipment inspections and other troubleshooting tasks
• Perform product checks to ensure quality products for our consumers
• Play an active role in improving and developing efficient processes within the production line
• Assist with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area
