About The Position

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician Supervisor to join their EPI/HWA team. In this role, the supervisor will oversee the maintenance of production equipment and supervise equipment and/or process technicians. This includes maintaining production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. The supervisor will oversee technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment, establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures, and manage training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures. Additionally, the supervisor will maintain inventory and/or spare parts, schedule manufacturing activities, and select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. The role generally supervises skilled non-exempt employees (e.g., Technicians) in the EPI and HWA area of DM5W (formerly DFAB) in South Building.
