About The Position
You'll work hands-on in our retread manufacturing operation — operating machinery, maintaining your workspace, and producing high-quality retreaded tires that keep commercial fleets on the road. No prior tire experience required; we train you on the equipment and processes from day one. As you build skills, you advance through a structured Level 1 2 3 pay ladder with clear criteria at each step.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable reading technical or operational manuals
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn
Nice To Haves
- 0-4 Years’ experience
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned machines — buffer, builder, extruder, chambers, skiver, and/or final inspector
- Assist with retread manufacturing and maintain production quality to Commercial Tire specifications
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow Commercial Tire safety guidelines and contribute to a team-first culture of continuous improvement
