About The Position

Safely operate various equipment, follow process specifications, and meet production standards to manufacture products that satisfy customer requirements. Use gauges and other measurement devices to ensure accurate product output. Emphasis is placed on learning and cross-training across multiple workstations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and use all guarding and protection.
• Follow procedures for the proper use and care of equipment and materials.
• Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
• Change machine setups and/or make minor machine adjustments to produce products that meet the specifications for the assigned workstation.
• Use gauges or visual inspection to identify quality problems that could result in products that do not meet specifications.
• Where applicable, enter scheduled and produced information into the workstation computer database.
• Follow process specifications for the assigned workstation.
• Communicate effectively with fellow team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Learn and cross-train on multiple workstations.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the manager.

Benefits

• A $5.00 hourly shift differential is available for positions on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
