Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment, manufacturing or related field is required.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail for complex instructions and documentation while maintaining quality output.
  • Perform basic math, verbal, written, and oral communication with team.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and move up to 50 pounds and may be required to stand for extended periods of time while performing duties.
  • Ability to squat, bend, and reach different items to complete assigned tasks.
  • Ability to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including work uniform, steel toe shoes, hair net, beard guard (when required), safety glasses, and gloves.
  • Availability to work overtime and flexible shift patterns.

Nice To Haves

  • Formal training in Lean, 5S, or manufacturing processes is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced work environment is strongly preferred.
  • General understanding of technical, mechanical, and machinery equipment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple processes in a fast-paced work environment.
  • PPE may also include a bump cap, face shield, and full/half-face respirators.
