About The Position

In this role, you will play a key part in the processing and packaging of human tissue products used for transplantation, working hands on in a cleanroom manufacturing setting while supporting and mentoring others on the production floor. Executing hands on manufacturing activities for human tissue products in compliance with FDA cGMP cGTP requirements, AATB standards, and company SOPs. Following batch production records and applying good documentation practices to ensure product quality and compliance. Cleaning, preparing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to support daily production activities. Supporting technology transfer from R&D into the manufacturing environment. Identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence. Supporting inventory management and ensuring appropriate supply levels within the production area. Providing on the floor guidance, mentoring, and constructive feedback to Manufacturing Technicians. Assisting with training, production planning, scheduling, and cross functional manufacturing tasks. Championing 5S, housekeeping, and general upkeep across cleanroom and production areas. Collaborating closely with Manufacturing Supervisors to prioritize and coordinate daily manufacturing activities.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a life science or equivalent combination of education and GMP experience
  • Minimum of 9 months of relevant manufacturing experience in an FDA regulated controlled environment
  • Strong understanding of aseptic technique and cleanroom operations
  • Experience following SOPs, batch production records, and documentation best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment with changing priorities
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as required
